The Idea for 'The Ten Leopards'

I first got the idea for 'The Ten Leopards' when a friend of mine was telling a story about her young son. It seems that while talking about the story of 'The Ten Lepers' in the Bible, he kept refering to them as Leopards instead. It was very cute and I just started picturing the players in the story as leopards. I gave her a copy of my first version. And since a children's book is not much without artwork, I spent quite a bit of time doing artwork before making copies for my family. My oldest daughter encouraged me to submit it to a publisher. The editor helped me quite a lot to shorten and improve the story. The Ten Leopards was published in 2019.
